2017 Outdoor: Participated in ten different events as a Panthers’ distance runner, including the 2017 ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/12) where she was part of a 10,000m relay team that finished 11th… Placed second in the 5000m at the 2017 Louisville Invitational (4/14) with a time of (17:37.37).
2016-17 Indoor: Picked up the second individual win of her career at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 27), championing the 5000m (16:55.24) … Posted a personal record in the mile at the YSU College Invite (Jan. 20), coming in fourth at 5:01.23 … Set a personal record in the 3000m (9:50.95) at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 3) … Finished eighth in the 5000m with a personal record time of 16:43.74 at the SPIRE Invitational (Feb. 10) … Three top-10 finishes.
2014 Outdoor: Ran the 3000m in 10:52.46 at the CMU Quad Meet.
2013-14 Indoor: Competed in the 3000m at the YSU National Invite, posting apersonal record time of 10:44.69.
High School: Ran varsity cross country three of her four years ... Ran winter track one of her four years due to an injury senior year ... Ran varsity spring track all four years ... Received the Most Valuable Runner Award three of her four years ... Her freshman year she won the Freshman of the Season Award ... Her sophomore year she received the Most Valuable Runner Award with a P.R. of 19:38 ... Her junior year she was the first girl to qualify for the PIAA State Championships from Avon Grove, she placed 43rd at the state meet, her cross country team placed ninth at the District I Championships, she broke the school record in the mile (5:07) and in the two mile (11:25), and qualified in both the mile and two mile for the PIAA District I Championships, placing 10th in District I for the mile ... Her senior year she placed third at the Chesmont League Meet, placed 10th at the PIAA District I Championships with a P.R. of 18:20, ran at the PIAA State Championships and placed seventh in the state, was First Team Chesmonts and All-State PA Team, broke both the mile (5:05) and two mile (11:15) records, and received the Athletic Award and Principal Award.
