2014Outdoor:Recorded a distance of 51.29M in discus at the ECAC/IC4A...Posted a 53.66M in the hammer throw at the ACC Championships.

2013-14 Indoor: Springman competed in the Kent State Golden Flash Gala in the women[apos]s shot put (9.75 meters) and weight throw (17.74 meters)...Tossed a personal-best 18.58M in the weight throw at the ACC Championships.

2013 Outdoor:Competed in the Charlotte 49er Classic in the women[apos]s discus and hammer, finishing fourth and ninth. Springman threw for distances of 149-06(discus) and 149-07(hammer). Competed at the Aggie Invitational in the women[apos]s discus and hammer, throwing for a distance of 40.20 and 51.31meters; placing second in the hammer throw...Competed at the Big East Outdoor Championships in the women[apos]s discus throwing for a distance of 45.70, finishing in seventh...Set a new personal record in the discus at the ECAC/IC4A Championships throwing for a distance of 47.32 meters, placing eighth overall.

2012-13 Indoor:Competed in the Women[apos]s weight throw at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala, finishing seventh with a collective distance of 51-10.75 meters...placed third in the women[apos]s weight throw at the Tiffin Carnival with a distance of 16.44M...competed at the Penn State National in the women[apos]s weight throw 20 lb placing seventh with a distance of 57-03.75, a personal best...at the Akron Invitational, Springman placed fifth in the women[apos]s weight throw blue division with a distance of 16.54M and seventh in the mixed discus throw blue division with a distance of 41.15M...Placed eleventh in the women[apos]s weight throw at the SPIRE Invitational with a total distance of 57-0.25 meters.

2011-12 Outdoor: Placed firstin the discus at the Early Bird Invitational with a career-best throw of 138-9.35...posted a top-10 finish in the discus at the Fred Hardy Invitational throwing 41.65M...competed in the discus at the Charlotte 49er Classic with throw of 127-3.55...posted a top-20 finish in the discus at the Big East Championships.

High School: Springman placed two times in the AAA State Champs discus as she broke her school record...named the three-time district champion discus and two-time regional champion discus...she received the two-time all-state discus title...also was a member of the swim team, where she broke the school record in the 200M relay...was the president of the creative writing club...was also a track and field captain her senior year.
