High School:Tongue-Coates was a state champion in the 400M relay and 200M her senior year...set the state record in the 200M with a time of 24.16 seconds...state champion in the 100M and second in the 200M her junior year...set state record in 100M with a time of 11.82 seconds...placed in the 55M dash, 55M hurdles and 100M hurdles at the state championships...three-time first team all-county...two-time first team All-Metro.
