- Pitt (8-22, 0-17) concludes regular season play Wednesday, Feb. 28 at Notre Dame (17-12, 7-9). The contest will be broadcast on ESPNU and is scheduled to tipoff at 7 p.m.
- The Panthers have used 16 different starting lineups this season with freshmen combining to make 94 starts on the year.
- Pitt has dropped 17 consecutive games, the longest streak in program history. The Panthers have dropped 21 consecutive regular season league contests.
- Parker Stewart has made three or more three-point field goals in each of the past five contests. He is averaging 13.4 points per game, while shooting 18-of-33 (.545) from beyond the arc in that span.
- Pitt fell to No. 1 Virginia, 66-37, after struggling from the field offensively. The Panthers finished the night shooting 11-of-46 (23.9 percent) from the field, after going 1-of-22 (4.6 percent) in the first half.
- Parker Stewart led the team with 12 points. Stewart knocked down four threes in the game, marking his ninth game in a row with two or more makes from deep.\
- Jared Wilson-Frame added nine points off a 3-of-6 shooting effort from beyond the arc. Wilson-Frame has now hit three treys in each of his past four games.
- Pitt scored a season-low seven points in the opening half of play, the third lowest scoring half in program history. The Panthers' 37 points scored is also the third fewest in program history.
- Pitt has dropped 21 consecutive ACC regular season contests. The Panthers last regular season conference win was an 80-66 decision over No. 17 Florida State Feb. 18, 2017.
- The Panthers have dropped 11 consecutive ACC road contests. Pitt's last conference road win was an 83-72 decision at Boston College Feb. 8, 2017.
- Pitt has started three or more freshmen in a game 21 times, including 19 of the past 20 contests. Freshmen have combined to make 94 starts as Marcus Carr (26), Khameron Davis (21), Parker Stewart (18), Terrell Brown (15), Shamiel Stevenson (12) and Peace Ilegomah (2) have each made starts this season.
- Pitt freshmen combine to average 36.7 points per game. The group has accounted for 59.0 percent (1101-of-1865) of the team's scoring.

- Shamiel Stevenson leads the team in field goal percentage (.511) and has scored in double figures 12 times. Stevenson also leads the team with 136 rebounds on the year. Steven Adams (2013) was the last Panther freshman to lead the team in field goal percentage and rebounds.
- Jared Wilson-Frame is averaging 13.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.0 made threes per game over the past 10 contests. He has scored in double figures in eight of the past 10 games and made three or more threes in eight of those contests.
- Parker Stewart (67) and Jared Wilson-Frame (66) are the third set of Panther teammates to each make over 60 three-point field goals in the same season. Jason Matthews (87) and Sean Miller (68) accomplished that feat during the 1989-90 season, while Cameron Johnson (78) and Jamel Artis (74) each topped 60 made threes a year ago. Stewart (15) and Wilson- Frame (12) have combined for 27 three-point field goals over the past four games.
- Marcus Carr leads Pitt in minutes (854), starts (26), assists (122) and steals (20). He has scored in double figures 14 times and ranks ninth among ACC freshmen in scoring at 9.9 points per game.
- Parker Stewart has scored in double figures in 11 of 17 ACC contests and is averaging 11.0 points per game in league play. He ranks fourth in the ACC in three-point percentage (.444) and is third in three-point field goals (2.82 3pg.) in conference play.
- Jared Wilson-Frame leads the team in scoring at 12.6 points per game and ranks second on the team with 66 three-point field goals. He has scored in double figures 21 times and made three or more three-point field goals in a game 13 times.
- Parker Stewart has made a Pitt freshman record 67 three-point field goals. He is seventh in the ACC in three-point percentage (.399) and 10th in three-point field goals (2.23 3pg.). Stewart is seven made three-pointers shy of moving into the top 10 at Pitt for threes in a season.
- Marcus Carr is two points shy of becoming the eighth freshman in Pitt history to score 300 or more points in a season. He ranks ninth among ACC freshmen in scoring at 9.9 points per game.
- Terrell Brown has raised his averages to 5.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.7 blocks per game in league play. He has recorded 29 or his 38 blocks on the season in ACC play.
