
Pitt Records Season-High Team Score in Meet Against Kent State

KENT, OHIO – Pitt recorded a season-high 49.200 on bars as four Panthers earned at least a 9.850 in the loss to Kent State, 195.650-195.925. Elizabeth Cesarone and Jaime Pratt recorded career highs in beam and floor, respectively.
Bars
The Pitt bars squad recorded a season-high 49.200 to begin the meet. Emily Todd and Pratt notched a season best 9.875 to lead Pitt. Freshman Camryn Chiu registered a career-high 9.850, and Jordyn Ewing matched that score.
Vault
Kennedy Duke and Jah'Liyah Bedminster excelled on vault with a 9.775, and Elizabeth Cesarone followed with a 9.750.
Floor
Pratt highlighted the floor rotation with a career-high 9.825. Bedminster tied her score for a share of a team best, followed by Todd and Meika Lee with 9.800s. This also marked Jordyn Ewing's sixth meet of the season she has recorded at least a 9.775.
Beam
Cesarone recorded a career-high 9.900 on beam after earning a previous personal best 9.850 last weekend against Cal. Lee continued her impressive freshman season, tying her career high with a 9.850. Darbi Simcox earned a 9.775 in her sixth meet of the season.
