Pitt Wraps Regular Season at Highmark Against Robert Morris

PITTSBURGH – Pitt lacrosse closes out the regular season at home Wednesday, hosting Robert Morris at Highmark Stadium. First draw is set for 6:30 p.m.
LAST TIME OUT
Pitt picked up its fourth ACC win of the season Saturday in Louisville, defeating the Cardinals 15-14 in overtime. The victory gave the Panthers their first conference road win in program history and extended their winning streak to three games. Kaitlyn Giandonato led the offense with the Panthers scoring four times on 15 shots, while Lainey McGonagle anchored the defense with five caused turnovers.
SCOUTING ROBERT MORRIS
The Colonials enter Wednesday at 4-9 on the season, most recently falling to Akron 16-6 on April 11.
PANTHERS TO WATCH
Kaitlyn Giandonato leads Pitt with 42 goals and 53 points on the season. Avery Moon paces the team in assists with 27, a new program single-season record, and ranks second in scoring with 58 points. Lainey McGonagle leads the Panthers in caused turnovers with 37, a program single-season record. Aidan Carr has won 114 draw controls this season, also a program record, becoming the first Panther to eclipse 100 in a single season.
MATCHUP HISTORY
Pitt leads the all-time series 2-0, winning the past two meetings over the Colonials.
