Pitt Announces 2026-27 Women's Basketball Schedule

PITTSBURGH – Pitt women's basketball released its 2026-27 Atlantic Coast Conference schedule Wednesday afternoon, an 18-game slate that opens Dec. 13 at Georgia Tech and closes out the regular season with a pair of west coast road contests at Stanford and Cal.
The Panthers will play nine games at the Petersen Events Center and nine on the road, including a home-and-home series with SMU.
Pitt enters the season with an almost entirely new roster under first-year head coach Robin Harmony. Guard Macie Arzner is the lone returner from the 2025-26 squad, joined by 11 newcomers. Harmony was named the 11th head coach in program history in March, bringing 369 career victories across 19 seasons as a head coach. She joins Pitt after leading the College of Charleston to a program-record 27 wins and the school's first-ever CAA regular-season and tournament championships in 2025-26, earning CAA Coach of the Year honors. Harmony also spent six seasons at Lamar, winning three Southland Conference championships, and began her head coaching career at St. Thomas (Fla.).
