- Be the Panthers' first win against a top-10 team since defeating No. 8/6 North Carolina, 84-59, Jan. 8, 2015.

- End an 11-game losing streak for the Panthers in the all-time series against the Cardinals. Louisville holds a 15-2 advantage against Pitt. The Panthers' last win against the Cards came Feb. 14, 2010, at Petersen Events Center (72-69).

Sophomore Jasmine Whitney recorded 15 points on 6-of-13 shooting, while adding seven assists and three steals, with her seven assists being one off her season high. Junior Kalista Walters rounded out the trio with 15 points on a near-perfect 6-of-7 shooting night.
