PITTSBURGH – Facing a nationally-ranked opponent for the second time in as many games, the Pitt women's basketball team will travel to face No. 14 Duke Sunday at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, N.C.
Tipoff is slated for 12:00 p.m., and the game will be broadcast on ACC Network.

Pitt fell to No. 13 Georgia Tech, 100-61, last Sunday evening at McCamish Pavilion in Atlanta, Ga.
Georgia Tech started the contest on a 7-0 run, before a Miles triple opened the scoring for Pitt. After a Yellow Jacket layup, the Panthers scored five unanswered to pull within one at 9-8. Georgia Tech outscored Pitt, 10-4, over the ensuing 90 seconds of play to regain its seven-point advantage. The two sides exchanged field goals for the following five minutes, but Georgia Tech scored five unanswered to close the period and held a 31-18 advantage after 10 minutes of play.
Faye opened the second quarter with a steal and a breakaway layup, but the Yellow Jackets responded with a 15-4 run over the ensuing four minutes to take a 21-point lead at the midway point of the second frame. The Panthers were unable to cut into the deficit and trailed, 53-28, at the halftime break. Of note, Pitt tallied seven assists on 11 made baskets in the first half.
Pitt and Georgia Tech exchanged baskets for the first six minutes of the third period, but the Yellow Jackets closed the quarter on an 18-4 run to take an 85-47 lead into the fourth quarter. The Panthers were unable to cut the deficit in the final period and eventually fell, 100-61.
