2012-13 Indoor:Placed second in the men[apos]s 1 mile run at the Tiffin Carnival with time of 4:23.00...ran at the Penn State National in the men[apos]s 1 mile run with a posted time 4:19.32, a personal best...ran at the Akron Invitational in the men[apos]s 3,000 meter run placing third with a posted time of 8:31.43.
2012 Outdoor:Competed at the Charlotte 49er Classic in the 5,000M running a 15:15.81...a member of the fifth-place 4x800 relay at the Fred Hardy Invitational (8:16.37)...Cross Country- Placed 51st(27:48.37) at the CMU invite...ran his way to a 96thplace finish at the Big East Championships with a time of 26:54.06...placed 130th(33:43.08) at the Mid-Atlantic Regional.
2011-12 Indoor:Finished third at the Golden Flash Gala in the 3,000M running a 9:02.04...claimed a top-three finish in the 3,000Mat the Penn State Relays (8:44.45)...competed at the Nittany Challenge where he placed eighth in the 3,000M...placed second in the 3,000M at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational and set a career-best time of 8:37.90.
2011 Outdoor:Placed sixth in the 1,500M run at the Bison Classic with a time of 4:22.4...member of the top-15 4x800M relay at the Colonial Relays (7:55.4).
2010-11 Indoor: Finished eighth at the Akron Indoor Invitational in the 3,000M (8:47.5)...had a top-15 finish at the Great Dane Classic in the mile run with a career-best time of 4:22.4.
Cross Country:Ran a 26:23 to place 19that the Duquesne Duals.
2010 Outdoor:Runner-up in the 1,500M run at the Sparky Adams Outdoor Invitational with a time of 4:05.89...crossed the finish line in fourth place at the MSU Legacy in the 1,500M (4:12.08).
2009-10: Indoor:Finished eighth at the Akron Indoor Invitational in the one-mile run (4:21.67).
Cross Country:Placed 36th(26:47.16) at the Cappy Anderson Invitational...posted a personal record of 26:28 at the Paul Short Invitational.
